Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, provide at least 24 hours notice.

At Kawiwi, we encourage clients and consultants to work out consulting schedules that work great for everyone.  We only have one rule: your consultant needs 24 hours notice if you want to make any changes to your schedule.

Please give your consultant at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule consulting. Forgetting to do so may result in the expert advice being marked as lapsed when your consultant confirms session attendance.

Consulting which has lapsed cannot be rescheduled, which means payments for lapsed consulting sessions are not reusable, refundable, or transferable. We also encourage you to chat with your consultant if you need to take a longer period of absence from consulting. You can cancel and reschedule sessions through your Kawiwi account anytime up to 24 hours before your consulting.

If you need to cancel your subscription, please let your consultant know as well as contact Kawiwi directly at least 24 hours before your next consultation to ensure any refund includes all the consulting you're expecting. Consulting that is less than 24 hours away are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

If you're not 100% satisfied, you'll get your money back for any unused consulting sessions.

We know taking consulting is a big step, and if you need to stop taking consultation for any reason, we will refund any future unused session credits within 15 business days from the date of cancellation (if you did not take any sessions), or from the last session taken. 

Simply contact Kawiwi at least 24 hours before your next session to receive a refund on any remaining future session credits. Consulting sessions scheduled to occur in less than 24 hours are not eligible for refund, so please contact us before then to ensure your refund includes all the sessions you are expecting.
